The concept of “Le Chick” was inspired by Rotisserie Amsterdam, the Dutch hotspot known for its delectable rotisserie chicken, burgers, and trendy bar. Coco Coig and Jorge Sanchez discovered the concept in 2015, and fell in love with the style of the food, the flavors, and the sophisticated, yet inviting atmosphere.
