Wynwood will come alive with the sound of live music on Sunday, February 1, as Young Musicians Unite (YMU) brings a free, family-friendly afternoon of performances to the heart of the neighborhood. Young Musicians Unite is a Miami-based nonprofit that provides tuition-free music education, instruments, and performance opportunities for students, helping young musicians develop their talent through intensive training and real-world stage experience.

Running from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 138 NW 25th St, the program features young musicians performing at high-visibility locations throughout Wynwood, inviting residents and visitors to experience the district in a dynamic daytime setting. Audiences can expect an upbeat mix of contemporary and culturally relevant selections performed by emerging student ensembles in an open-air setting.

Presented in partnership with the Wynwood Business Improvement District (Wynwood BID), the initiative is part of a broader effort to activate public space, encourage walkability, and reinforce Wynwood’s role as a cultural destination that extends beyond nightlife.
