

Cascara Kombucha Launch Event
World-famous El Salvadorian coffee producer Aida Batlle is venturing into Kombucha making. But unlike any Kombucha, hers is made with “Cascara”, the fruit of the coffee cherries from her specialty coffee farms.
Cascara is the fruit and skin that envelops the coffee beans before they are processed to be roasted.
She will be launching and tasting with guests her Cascara Kombucha this Saturday at Panther Coffee Wynwood from 11 am to 4 pm, and you are invited!
