In addition to your own Randall Jr., which you get to take home after the event and use for future flavor adventures, you’ll be provided a myriad of fresh, all-natural culinary ingredient, to add your own unique twists on one of the brewery’s house-made beers … who knows, maybe you will concoct a love potion! Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Dinner Menu:

Course 1: Mixed greens salad with strawberries, almonds and citrus and a charcuterie board

Course 2: Choice of braised short ribs with seasoned new potatoes and haricot verts with honey-glazed carrots or seafood pasta with mussels, clams and cod in a creamy garlic sauce

Course 3: Choice of brioche red velvet bread pudding or lemon panna cotta
