The Wynwood Arts District has become a center for unique retailers as several edgy brands have recently opened their stores here. From the Detroit-based Shinola to the popular eyewear guru Warby Parker, unique out-of-the-box shops continue to add to Wynwood’s eclectic and vibrant vibe.
The area’s first shopping center, the Wynwood Block, houses more than 15 retailers including the chic and fashion forward Mimo Market where you can pick up clothing and accessories for both men and women. There is also the Wynwood Letterpress, a hot spot for thoughtful, personalized gifts and paper goods, and block out the Miami rays by picking up a pair of rad shades from Wynwood Shades.
Fused with independent retailers, specialty shops and eateries, the second retail building, Wynwood Arcade, opened its doors in the Arts District summer of 2016. Here you’ll find Bonobos offering high-end men’s fashion, Osme Perfumery and Apothecary, providing curated collections of niche perfume lines from around the world and Please Don’t Tell, a fashion-forward boutique with unique, well priced women’s pieces, among other boutiques.
Whether you’re searching for shades, the latest bathing suit or warm weather fashions, there is something for everyone at all price ranges in Wynwood. To learn more about the retailers that make up the fabric of the area, visit our Business Directory.
