Brian Bandell reported the sale for the South Florida Business Journal, stating that the Related Group and Tricap sold a 12,692-square-foot ground-floor retail condo at NoMad Residences Wynwood to an Optimar International Realty affiliate for $33 million, including $26 million in seller financing. The space is leased to Casa Tua Cucina Wynwood, while the nine-story development includes 329 condos and a rooftop restaurant by chef Leo Robitschek. The deal equals about $2,600 per square foot.
