According to Mark Dovich in the South Florida Business Journal, Pura Vida Miami moved its headquarters from Miami Beach to Wynwood, leasing 26,982 sq ft of office space at The Gateway at Wynwood and signing for 5,916 sq ft of ground-floor retail to open its first Wynwood restaurant (slated for mid-2027). The relocation expands its HQ footprint and reflects Wynwood’s shift toward more corporate offices, retail and residential development.
