Pitbull plans office building in Wynwood

Pitbull plans to build an eight-story boutique office building in Miami’s Wynwood that would serve as the headquarters for his Mr. 305 music company on the site of his childhood home. The project, developed with Rilea Group, will include offices, a music recording studio, a photo studio, lounges, and a rooftop terrace.
