Lidia Dinkova reported in The Real Deal that Lombardi Properties and Fox Farm Capital have launched leasing at The Doris, a nearly complete 27,000-square-foot, eight-story office building at 153 NW 25th Street in Wynwood. The boutique development features 14 spec suites with private terraces, asking rents of $60–$70 per square foot, and is expected to wrap up construction in June.
