The Wynwood BID staff is growing, and we are pleased to introduce our newest team members, Christopher Hoffman and Aleksander Sanchez. Both joined the BID staff this spring, and both will help improve the way the organization serves its members and advocates for the interests of the district. Chris joins the BID staff as Marketing Coordinator and Alek serves as the BID’s new Project Coordinator. Following is additional information about each:
Christopher Hoffman will lead the BID’s ongoing effort to market the district, a fundamental function of the organization. From event planning and promotion, to business engagement and outreach, to digital marketing, Hoffman will help raise awareness of the BID among district stakeholders, visitors and potential investors. Prior to joining the Wynwood BID, Hoffman worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University.
Aleksander Sanchez will perform several functions for the BID as Projects Coordinator, including assisting members with City-related issues and serving as a liaison between both parties. He will also support the BID Director with handling the day-to-day operations of the BID on matters ranging from public right-of-way improvements, to security matters, streetscaping and sanitation issues. Sanchez is a graduate of Florida State University.
