Wynwood Fashion Retailers Offering Special Sales, Activations and Giveaways on the Evening of Thursday, November 3rd, 2016
Miami, FL (October 31, 2016) – The Wynwood Business Improvement District (“BID”) today detailed plans for its first ever Fashion Night Out (“FNO”), a district-wide event to showcase fashion designers and retailers in Wynwood, this Thursday, November 3rd from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Over 35 participating businesses across the fifty-block arts district are offering an array of in-store celebrations and promotions along with neighborhood restaurants and bars for what will be a first of its kind event in Wynwood’s history. Activities include specials at local businesses, in-store retail promotions, entertainment, complimentary light bites and signature cocktails, meet and greet of local fashion designers, product sampling, demonstrations, drawings, special guest appearances and more.
“The Wynwood BID is proud to host ‘Fashion Night Out’ as there has never been a more exiting time to rediscover the stunning array of art, retail and dining experiences Wynwood has to offer,” said Wynwood BID Vice Chairman Albert Garcia. “Fashion has long been a part of the fabric of Wynwood–it was Miami’s Garment District in the mid-to-late 1900s and, today, Wynwood is home to more innovative designers and retailers than ever before that influence high-street fashion around the world.”
“We are very excited to be part of this exciting initiative so that people will have an opportunity to discover Wynwood’s unparalleled assortment of fashion designers and retailers,” said Emilia Howard, Store Manager of Shinola Detroit, a Wynwood FNO participating business. “Wynwood has come together to celebrate fashion and invite the South Florida community to experience an evening unlike ever before filled with special experiences, collaborations and incentives no matter their style or budget.”
Fashion and style await those who visit participating retailers, restaurants and bars with specials, makeovers, how-to’s, product sampling, cocktails, music and giveaways of limited edition Fashion Night Out tote bags featuring commemorative artwork by local Wynwood artist Moshe Franco.
