Now you can live in Miami’s center for arts and innovation, where creatives work and play! Be steps away from some of Miami’s best restaurants, retailers, and craft breweries.

This month, East End Capital and The Related Group broke ground on Wynwood 25, which will bring 289 rental units to the district. Set to open the summer of 2019, it will be situated between NW 24th and 25th Streets immediately west of NW 2nd Avenue. The 400,000 square-foot project will also include 31,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 340 parking spaces. This is the first of the many projects in the pipeline resulting from the district’s rezoning under the Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan created by the Wynwood Business Improvement District and the City of Miami to meet the need for living space in the district. Other upcoming residential projects include: 222 Wynwood and Baz Baz.

Wynwood 25 will add to the neighborhood’s iconic street art gallery with art programming integrated into the building exterior, the paseo and the building interiors, creating a distinctive living experience.
