Wynwood Welcomes 2024 Miami Art Week

ART WITH HEART

When the beginning of December comes around, Miami goes into full-on artistic hyperdrive. And Wynwood, as the #CreativeCapital305, is the place to fully experience Miami Art Week, taking place in 2024 from December 2 to December 8. Night and day Wynwood’s got it, from forward-leaning galleries to the coolest museums, from outdoors and on-the-street art, to special events.

Yes, there’s Art Basel across the pond, of course, but Wynwood shines with its on-point local Miami feel that also reaches out with steady international appeal. And when you need a break, Wynwood’s just got so much more, including unique local retail, elevated award-winning dining and hand-held tasty bites, late-night hangs and great entertainment.

Those in the know always make Wynwood an important stop on their Miami Art Week itinerary. Its main artery, NW Second Avenue is the neighborhood’s “main street,” but hidden treasures, guilty pleasures and a thriving street art and graffiti scene can be found throughout its more than 50 square blocks. It’s a time and a place for serious collectors, art-world shakers, and the general culturally hungry public to sample the best of Wynwood and its thriving arts scene.

On tap will be art fairs, events, and programming from local leading art institutions and galleries. Wynwood-specific Art Week highlights for 2024 include:

– Wynwood is the place for the official Miami Art Week Pop-Up Show on December 7 and 8 at The Miami Art Week Gallery. And don’t miss photoMiami, the only photo-centric photography show, in the same space.

– Fairs Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami will return to MANA Wynwood Convention Center, from December 4 to 8, covering more than 150,000 square feet of indoor exhibition space.
