Wynwood Arcade

The Wynwood Arcade consists of 25,000 ft² of retail and restaurant space located at 50 NW 24th Street and tailors to the thriving urban community of artists, designers, and edgy professionals.  A cascading staircase will connect the center of the building to the rooftop which will feature a bar and inevitably become the community’s meeting point.  The project’s space breaks down into a range of sizes starting at 750 ft² to fit the needs of independent retailers, specialty shops, and eateries.
