Developed by Kushner and Block Capital Group. Designed by Architectural firm Arquitectonica. WYND 27 and WYND 28 includes a five and eight story building located across the street from each other, in the heart of Wynwood. Two cross-block Paseos connect 26th Street to 28th Street, surrounded by landscaping and a main courtyard with a signature tree for pedestrian access and activities. The combined buildings will be home to 152 residences, 57,000 square feet of retail and F&B uses, 46,678 square feet of offices, and parking for 232 vehicles, including Public Parking accessibility.
