Wynhouse/FB Wynwood is a proposed mixed use multifamily residential development with the project totaling 360,394 square feet of Floor Lot Area. The project will provide 308 residential units and 25,745 of retail/commercial space. The Project include 8,165 SF of rooftop amenities and will provide 122 spaces on site. The proposed development includes a pedestrian cross-block paseo connecting pedestrians between NW 1 Avenue and NW 1 Court
