The Rider

The Rider Wynwood is proposed as a 12- and 8-story apartment building building Rilea Group with 130 apartment hotel units, ranging from studio apartments at 445 square feet, to 3-bedroom apartments at 1,451 square feet.

The Apartment Hotel Units are complemented by 6,439 square feet of ground floor retail space, as well as a range of both public and private outdoor space for future residents. The rooftop will be fully activated with a residents-only swimming pool and sun deck, and separate Food Service Establishment open to the public and serviced by two exclusive-use elevators.
