Residing in Miami’s artistic Wynwood neighborhood, The Oasis at Wynwood will be a creative paradise with retail, dining, and office space amenities. The 350,000 square foot center will offer 20,000 SF of office space and 17,000 SF of retail options, all surrounding a beautiful courtyard filled with restaurant and bar choices. The office spaces were created “column-free” to deliver large open floorplans as well as 30-foot ceilings and rooftop terraces for employees.
