Moxy Wynwood

The Moxy Wynwood project is being developed in a 50/50 joint venture partnership between Dolphin Capital and Baywood Hotels. Moxy is Marriott’s fastest growing brand targeted towards millennials who like vibrant public spaces combined with functional and practical rooms in the center of gateway cities. The project includes a 120-room Moxy hotel to be managed by Baywood Hotels and 28,000 SF of vibrant Food & Beverage, Lounge Club and Rooftop spaces to be managed by one of the top F&B operators in the Miami.
