The Annex
Built and completed by Related and East End Capital in 2019, Annex is a Class-A eight-story, 65,000 square foot office building located on NW 24th Street just west of NW 2nd Avenue in Wynwood, Miami. It is one of the first purpose-built buildings of its kind to deliver in the neighborhood.
