NoMad Wynwood is an exciting mixed-use multi-family residential project that includes 329 multifamily residential dwelling units, oriented and accessible to young professional and other creative individuals looking to live (and work) in Wynwood.

The ground floor is comprised of 18,452 square feet of commercial space, wrapping around NW 27 Street, NW 2nd Avenue and NW 27 Terrace, and with a strong urban design narrative and a mix of glazing and architectural treatments. The project also makes a conscious effort to integrate murals and other artistic interventions to complement the design of the building. The overall floor area of the project is 363,363 square feet with and eight (8) story building. The project also includes a cross-block pedestrian passage at the mid-block location which connects NW 27 Street and NW 27 Terrace. The project’s parking program includes 193 parking spaces on-site in an enclosed and lined garage, plus 13 on-street parking space abutting the property.
