Wynwood and creator of the internationally acclaimed Wynwood Walls located two blocks away.
The Project features an extensive integrated art program proposed to adorn the building facades ranging from single story to multi-story giant canvases, to be curated by Goldman Global Arts. The amount of surface area proposed to incorporate murals is greater than any new development in Wynwood – second only to the Wynwood Garage – and consistent with Goldman’s established track
record and continued commitment as a steward of Wynwood as Miami’s arts district. The building includes a total floor area of 179,012 square feet. In addition to the office and ground floor commercial use, the Project includes two (2) levels of enclosed parking for 119 parking spaces on-site.
