According to the South Florida Business Jounral, developers PMG and Lndmrk Development have secured a $126 million construction loan to break ground on Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, an eight-story condominium project featuring 233 units and ground-floor retail. The development features a first-of-its-kind partnership with Airbnb that allows owners to rent out their units and deeded office suites year-round, with a projected completion date in 2028.
