Rosemary’s Miami is a neighborhood Italian restaurant bringing the warmth and charm of its beloved New York City counterpart to the heart of Wynwood. A concept by Casa Nela hospitality group and restaurateur Carlos Suarez, Rosemary’s is rooted in the values of sustainability, seasonality, and community. The Miami location, designed by Dekar Design, transforms a former shoe warehouse into a lush indoor-outdoor dining oasis, complete with an urban farm developed in partnership with Miami’s Little River Cooperative.

Under the leadership of Executive Chef Craig Giunta (formerly of Mother Wolf and Macchialina), the menu features fresh, house-made pastas, vibrant seasonal vegetables, and locally sourced seafood, all inspired by the flavors of the Italian countryside. Signature dishes include Eggplant Caponata, Orecchiette with house-made sausage and broccoli rabe, and a classic Sicilian Chopped Salad. Guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, Italian spritzes, and a thoughtfully curated selection of Italian wines.
