Tell us a bit about your business – the concept, what you sell and what makes you unique.

Wynwood Shop’s mission statement is to represent, support and promote the best local brands & artists Wynwood has to offer all under one roof. The Shop has Wynwood’s largest selection of artisan goods from jewelry, accessories, books, home decor, fine art prints, original paintings, and more.

Customers have a chance to browse through a plethora of items and the makers of those creations. Even the opportunity to have items customized. Patrons often witness collaborations and one of a kind pieces between recognizable local artists.

Wynwood Shop is a one-stop-shop for gifts and inspiration.

Why did you choose to open your business in Wynwood, as opposed to another Miami neighborhood?

Wynwood chose us! We knew it was a hub for creators and gravitated organically towards the neighborhood. We are able to present our work and network with other artists from all over the world very naturally. No other place in Miami could offer us that.

What does a typical day at Wynwood Shop look like?

The morning starts with coffee from our friends at Panther Coffee. Doors open at 11:00am sharp! Usually customers arrive right away and are often taking pictures of our beautiful murals, painted by Bruno Smokey and Shalak Attack. When they enter the Shop they find a unique spot that houses local handcrafted goods and paintings from local and international artists. Customers enter with curiosity and leave with a smile on their face thanks to great customer service, and a fulfilling and powerful experience.

What’s your favorite Wynwood spot to visit?

We love The Margulies Collection! One of the most wonderful galleries in Wynwood. This is a non-profit institution that presents seasonal exhibitions from the collection of renowned collector Martin Z. Margulies, along with educational programs, & special exhibitions. If you haven’t been there you are missing out on a great space full of inspiration, emotions, and purpose.
