Tell us a bit about your business – the concept, what you sell and what makes you unique.
FIP Realty Services is a full service real estate brokerage company with Commercial and Residential offices in Wynwood and Aventura. The areas of specialty are Acquisitions and Dispositions, Repositions for Highest and Best Use potential, Tenant/ Landlord representation, Full Scale Asset/Portfolio Management, as well as general Consulting and Valuation Services.

Why did you choose to open your business in Wynwood, as opposed to another Miami neighborhood?
We wanted to be in the most vibrant, central part of Miami, and that’s Wynwood.
What does a typical day at FIP Realty look like?
Each day we meet with new property owners, tenants and developers to discuss the great opportunities in Wynwood and greater Miami.
What’s your favorite Wynwood spot to visit?
We love to attend the different events at Soho Studios.
