Zachary Rosen

BID Board Member

Zachary Rosen is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in investment, development, and asset management. Currently serving as a Director of Capital Markets and Finance at The Related Group in Miami, he spearheads the financial analysis and transaction documentation for condominium, multifamily, and mixed-use development and investment opportunities across South Florida. Prior to joining The Related Group, Zachary was a Vice President at East End Capital, where he directed acquisition efforts in South Florida and Nashville. His career also includes significant roles at Investcorp in New York, where he successfully closed approximately $2 billion in transactions, and at PGIM Real Estate, where he began his career as an investment analyst.

A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate, Zachary furthered his education by earning a Master of Business Administration from the New York University Stern School of Business. He remains an active alumnus, serving as an off-campus interviewer for the Cornell Alumni Admissions Network in the Miami area. Deeply committed to his local community, Zachary is a member of the Sunset Harbour Neighborhood Association Board as well as a Board Member at his condominium on Miami Beach. In his personal time, he enjoys golf, cooking, and following New York sports as well as spending time with wife and three young children.
