Marlo Courtney is the Senior Managing Director at Goldman Properties, he has been with the company for over 30 years. After beginning his career in New York City managing Greene Street Cafe, Soho Kitchen and Bar, and Upstairs at Greene Street he relocated in 1991 and took on the responsibility of over $60 million in asset management and construction projects including the 1999 ULI award-winning Ballet Valet parking garage. Courtney worked alongside Tony Goldman in creating and executing his vision for all of Goldman Properties’ zones: New York, Philadelphia, South Beach and eventually Wynwood.

Today, Marlo serves on the board of directors of the Ocean Drive Association. He formerly served on the Board of Governors for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and as the Chairman of the Miami Beach Planning Board.

Marlo Courtney continues to focus on the development of all of the company’s zones by carefully curating neighborhoods to become world-class destinations with an unmistakable sense of community; continuing his dedication to the legacy of the company’s founder and his close friend, Tony Goldman.
