David Weitz

David Weitz is a co-Founder and managing partner of Oak Row Equities. Prior to founding Oak Row Equities, David worked at Tishman Speyer, where he worked in the US portfolio management group and the New York office leasing group. David was responsible for office leasing focused primarily on Rockefeller Center. In portfolio management, David oversaw a US-based portfolio with over $3 billion of assets ranging from ground-up and value-add development to stabilized office and multifamily.

David currently owns and manages over 3 million developable square feet in the urban core of Miami at Oak Row Equities, including 1 million square feet in Wynwood between the Oasis and the new mixed-use development project, Wynwood Plaza. David graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A.in sociology and received his J.D. from Cardozo Law School in 2014.
