Before becoming a Miami hot spot, Wynwood had a different vibe. Take a look

The Miami Herald, states that before becoming a trendy hub for galleries, dining, and nightlife, Wynwood was known as Miami’s Garment and Fashion District, filled with wholesale clothing warehouses, discount retailers, and textile manufacturers that attracted bargain shoppers and international buyers. Over time, much of that industry disappeared as the neighborhood transformed, leaving only a few remnants of its fashion-focused past.
