Street Closure:
In order to safely accommodate the influx of visitors to the district during Miami Art Week, the Wynwood Business Improvement District and City of Miami Police Department will temporarily convert Second Avenue, from 22nd Street to 29th Street, into a pedestrian-only thoroughfare from Friday, December 6th, 2019 through Sunday, December 8th, 2019. The hours of the pedestrian-only thoroughfare are as follows:
- Friday, December 6: 3:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Saturday, December 7: 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Sunday, December 8: 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Transportation:
During the NW 2nd Avenue street closure, rideshare operators will have designated pickup points throughout the district. Rideshare pickup points are located at:
- North Miami Avenue and NE 27th Street
- North Miami Avenue and NE 21st Street
- NW 5th Avenue and NW 23rd Street
Miami-Dade Transit buses and City of Miami Trolley will operate as normal on NW 2nd Avenue. For the City of Miami Trolley map and hours, click here.
