Instructions for Virtual BID Meetings


The Wynwood BID Board of Directors will be holding a virtual meeting on Wednesday, June 10th at 11:00am with BID officials and staff participating via video conference.

How to View Meeting

You can view the virtual meeting live on Miami TV, YouTube, or Comcast channel 77 (City of Miami).

How to Provide Comment

Select from one of the three options below:


You can provide your comments via the dedicated Wynwood BID public comment voicemail. These messages will be played during the virtual meeting. You may only submit one two (2) minute message for this BID meeting. If you submit multiple messages, the BID will only play the first two (2) minutes of all your submitted comments during the public comment portion of the meeting. The additional submission(s) that exceed the two (2) minutes allotted will not be played at the BID meeting but they will be will be distributed to BID officials and staff for consideration and made part of the public record. Submissions must include your full name and address.

To leave a public comment voicemail, dial: 786-610-4830. This message must be sent by 5 p.m. on June 9th, 2020. Any submissions received after the deadline may not be played during the meeting but will be included as part of the record. 


You can provide your comments relevant to this meeting via our online form. All form fields are required for submission. These comments will be distributed to BID officials and staff, and will be included in the public record. The deadline to submit to the online form will occur when the chair closes public comment during the meeting.

You can provide live, public comment during the public comment portion of the BID meeting. Those wishing to provide comment may do so by visiting the BID office. BID staff will direct you to provide comment via the in-office conference phone. The BID office is located at 2751 North Miami Avenue, Suite 3, Miami, FL 33127.
