Miami’s artistic district now has a space to enjoy the flavors and techniques of Peru that is the result of the fusion of the culinary tradition of ancient Peru with the European, Asian, among others gastronomy. Manta is the name of this gastronomic proposal influenced by for the combinations and ingredients of Arequipa, a Peruvian city where our restaurant also has a presence with four establishments.
Manta’s specialty is Seafood, and through its cuisine, it promises to innovate traditional Peruvian recipes to offer our visitors new flavors through exotic dishes that, beyond having unbeatable presentations, give unforgettable experiences. “The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and 100% brought from Peru, which transports you to the closest culinary experience to the true Peruvian flavor”.
